Health questions do not wait for office hours. You can call anytime and talk to a registered nurse. A nurse can help you understand your symptoms and decide what to do next.

Is the Nurse Advice Line available 24 hours a day?
Yes. Registered nurses are available around the clock, every day of the year.
Does it cost anything?
No. The Nurse Advice Line is free for Champion Health Plan members.
Can the nurse prescribe medication?
No. Nurses give you information and guidance, but they do not diagnose conditions or prescribe medication. For emergencies, call 911.
